Join us for an approximate three-mile walk, led by a local, in historic Salem.  We will hear some  tidbits about architecture, statues, cemeteries, former jails, America's first millionaire and a murder upon which the game Clue is based.  Stop and purchase some mouthwatering candy in America's oldest candy store.  We can go to lunch after the walk.  Meet at 10:30 on Friday, June 8th in front of the Salem Regional Visitor Center (2 New Liberty St., near the big arch and the Revere Bell).  It's across the street from the Peabody Essex Museum.  We will plan to meet inside the visitor center if it is raining.
